Contacts


Complete contact register with unlimited space for information about customers and suppliers. All information and all key figures on customers, suppliers, partners and potential customers are available at a key click. All events, transactions and follow-up regarding the contact are registered on the contact card. User-defined fields and Notes field for remarks. Unlimited number of addresses and company contacts. Separate function buttons make it quick to plan meetings, send e-mails or write ffers/orders/letters to the contact. Full support for Tapi gives you the option of phoning directly from the contact and project card.


Company contact management

A complete company contact register with all the relevant information and all key figures about the company contacts. All events, transactions and financial follow-up regarding the company contact are recorded on a separate company contact card linked to the company. User-defined fields and intelligent notepad. Unlimited number of addresses and company contacts. Separate function buttons make it quick to plan a meeting, send an e-mail or send a quotation/order/letter to the company contact.

Activity/Calendar

Recording all types of activity, such as following up quotations or customer meetings. Option for group activities. Quickly retrieve detailed, customised lists of activities, which make scheduling simple, or use the daily plan. All activities can be linked to contacts/resources, and outgoing/incoming e-mails are automatically stored on the contact card. Possible to edit other users’ activities, e.g. if there is new information that others need for additional follow-up. Full integration with projects, quotations, orders and the document modules, and two-way integration with Microsoft Outlook for time management of activities.

The graphic calendar provides you with an even better overview of your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The joint calendar also makes it possible to simultaneously access and display resource/employee time use.


Documents


Good selection of professional document templates, but you can also define your own ones (also applies to e-mail). Fully integrated with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) when using documents and e-mail. Import documents from other applications. Clearly set out document register ensures complete control of all information. Simple mail merging of documents to a selection of customers or potential customers. Easy to print out address labels.

Campaign

User-defined fields and a number of opportunities to carry out effective segmentation of your contact database. Define target customer groups at the press of a few keys and send out effective Direct Marketing campaigns to the selection that you have defined. Mail merging of documents and sending e-mails to a selection of contacts.


Search/Queries


The advanced search and query module ensures that you work as efficiently as possible with large quantities of contact data. Dynamic and static selection and search options ensure that you focus on the essentials and that you use human and financial resources as efficiently as possible.


Travel CRM

Take the database with you when you are traveling or out on the road, without having to be connected to the company’s main database. Travel CRM is a solution that gives users the option of taking important information with them on the road, of working externally, and of then synchronising this information when they get back to the office.
