Reports Over 300 operational reports provide access to presentations of all the information in your business. The reports can be filtered in various ways, which gives an almost unlimited number of ways of reporting. All reports can be output in a range of ways – on a screen, or by fax, printer, file, e-mail, html, PDF or rtf. All historical data is available at all times. You can easily set up your favourite reports and create reporting packs for printing.
Report generator The advanced report editor and generator allow you to edit printouts and put together your own key figure reports. This functionality makes the system very flexible in terms of presenting information in the way that you want.
Key figures By pressing just one key you get a complete overview of information such as operating income and profit, current and fixed assets, total assets, short and long term liabilities, equity, net operating margin, working capital, long-term financing, current ratio, debt/equity ratio and gearing in one window. Contact status Provides a comprehensive summary of every individual contact, customer and supplier in a clearly presented window. Shows an overview of all purchase and sales transactions that have taken place. View key information, including orders (invoiced and not invoiced), average invoice value, outstanding amounts, average payment times, number of credit notes, contribution margin ratio and total gross profit. You can also easily view the number of hours, projects, documents and activities used with respect to the customer. Fully integrated with invoicing information and open/closed items in the customer and supplier ledger. For suppliers you can easily view information about all purchase orders, whether they are yet to be processed, are being processed or are completed. Other information includes, for example, short-term creditors, agreed discounts, supplier rating, average delivery time and the number of activities with respect to the supplier. Sale status Provides detailed information about all outstanding quotations within a time frame of your choice, as well as all orders and invoices that have not been delivered. You can easily view the order number, description, customer name, project, person responsible and quotation date. You achieve total control of all quotations and sales in your business operations.
Product status Comprehensive summary of all transactions, as well as the status for the relevant product, in one clearly presented window. Shows information such as the number of invoices and purchase orders, turnover, average price, stock and order backlog. All information is shown for the current year, previous year and compared to budget. Fully integrated with information about invoicing, customers, purchase orders and suppliers.

Project status
Comprehensive summary of all the information about a project in one clearly presented window. Gives you full control over things like the number of hours registered and transferred to orders/invoices, detailed order/invoice information, all purchase information related to the project, as well as the operating profit for the project. All information is shown as actual information and compared to budget. Fully integrated with time sheet lines, products from invoices and purchases and open/closed items in the customer and supplier ledger.
Logistics status Provides detailed information on all orders that haven’t been delivered, as well as on products that should be ordered. You can easily view the most important key data relating to them.
Financial status Comprehensive summary of all incoming and outgoing overdue invoices in one window. You can easily view the invoice number, supplier number, supplier, project, due date and invoice value for all overdue invoices.
Company/client status Provides a summary of key figures for the business in one window. An efficient way of getting quantitative information about things such as turnover, costs, average invoice value, order backlog, accounts receivable, amount due to suppliers, overdue incoming invoices and, of course, profitability. All information can be viewed for this period, the previous period, this year and last year and can be compared to the budget/result budget. |
