This Festival is into the Programme Annuel Sans Frontières to stimulate talent and artistic creation, more than economic investment.
It does not favour to famous ones nor discriminates against beginners. All the subjects, forms and techniques, are admitted. There is not censorship.
It does not consider the original format; the films will be displayed for evaluation of the Jury in the official digital format, for equality of opportunities.
Filmmakers submit the
Entry Form by Internet, and a DVD, CD-ROM, miniDV or VHS copy to our technical provider for digitising and converting to the approved format.
The International Jury will award the Categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realisation. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to the Best Short Film.
The late deadline for the 2004 FESTIVAL DU FILM DE STRASBOURG is November 30th, 2003. Awards are programmed for March 31st, 2004.
