Calls filmmakers worldwide to participate with their shorts. It is into the Annual Program Without Frontiers to valorize Short Films Art, stimulating talent and artistic outcome, more than economic investment.
The New York Short Film Festival does not favor celebrities or discriminates against beginners.
Does not matter the original format, the shorts will be sent by Internet and displayed in the approved digital form. There is a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS submission option.
The International Jury will award the Categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realization. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to the Best Short Film.
The late deadline for the 2004 New York Short Film Festival is November 30th, 2003.
Announcement of the Awards is scheduled for February 28th, 2004. |
