The program helps you to keep track of when the insurance for an asset needs renewing and when its warranty expires.
Serial number and production number
The program lets you register serial numbers and production numbers, for example, so that all necessary information is available in one place.
Wizard for calculating depreciations
A user-friendly wizard takes you through the steps necessary to calculate depreciation for your assets.
It is easy to calculate depreciation for a group or selection of assets in a single procedure.
Straight Line or Reducing Balance depreciation
It is up to you to decide whether you want to depreciate an asset with the straight-line or reducing balance method.
The program generates an automatic ledger suggestion that you can print out and use when posting the depreciation in your accounts.
Your data can be protected by setting a password for entering the program.
From the desktop you can keep track of your fully depreciated assets, expiring warranties and insurances that need renewing, at all times.
You can freely change language between English, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.
