Mamut Asset Register - Functionality overview

The Mamut Asset Register provides you with a simple way to stay on top of your assets and keeps you informed of an asset’s depreciated value at any given time.

Assets

Registering assets
Create an asset card with easy-to-access information and settings for each separate asset.

User-defined groups and locations
Create the groups and locations you need in order to systematise your assets.

Insurance and warranty
The program helps you to keep track of when the insurance for an asset needs renewing and when its warranty expires.

Serial number and production number
The program lets you register serial numbers and production numbers, for example, so that all necessary information is available in one place.

Depreciations

Wizard for calculating depreciations
A user-friendly wizard takes you through the steps necessary to calculate depreciation for your assets.

Group depreciation
It is easy to calculate depreciation for a group or selection of assets in a single procedure.

Straight Line or Reducing Balance depreciation
It is up to you to decide whether you want to depreciate an asset with the straight-line or reducing balance method.

Ledger suggestion
The program generates an automatic ledger suggestion that you can print out and use when posting the depreciation in your accounts.
