To really give Blue Wall Technologies, the full package, HCS integrated Mamut with FSMobile, so that all the engineers on the road could communicate with Mamut in real time. FSMobile works on any windows mobile based PDA providing the engineer on the road with access to Mamut information, such as customer details, history etc. as well as his/her daily tasks and activities. An engineer can then log the day’s activities such as start job, end job, travelling, break etc. as well as capture a digital signature at the end of a job and email this, along with the completed job sheets, parts details etc. back to the office.
