Quotes Quickly send out offers to customers via letter, e-mail or fax. Select one of the offer templates supplied or define your own templates. Efficient administration, for example in the event of alterations to payment terms and prices. Clearly set out offer lists with relevant offers printed out. Duplication of offers simplifies the offer process. Option of creating group offers, as well as repeating offers for which you can indicate how often they should be sent. Advanced sales and offer statistics with probabilities of expected sales, completion dates, etc. View detailed information at product line level, e.g. GM/GMR, department and project. Orders/invoices Complete order and invoice functionality ensures control over all steps in the sales process. The order register is split into logical order statuses – e.g. unprocessed, repeating, invoiced, partially delivered, cancelled and credited orders. Simple duplication of orders. The invoice register is intelligently linked to the order register; an invoice is created automatically when an order is effectuated.

Product management Links to stock management and price information ensure that everyone working with products knows everything they need to about all processes. Easy to import product and price lists from suppliers. Sales-generating product card with possibility to use pictures and sales information. Send an e-mail with all the information about the product to a contact at the touch of a key. Supports EAN numbers, supplier’s product number, product groups, processing by department, automatic price adjustments through the advanced price calculator etc. Separate comments field for technical information, sales information, production and user support, for example. Unit handling The unit handling functionality allows you to operate with different product units for purchasing and sales orders. The system therefore also supports the conversion of units.
Sales budget The sales budget allows you to plan the sales targets for your employees, projects, your business as a whole and so on. The budgets are multi-dimensional and allow for the calculation of variances. The detailed sales budget reports provide you with all key information.
