His customer who owns a small grocery store is using a point of sale solution. At the end of the day she transfers the day’s sales to her ERP system giving her accountant immediate access to her data. The Accountant processes the data and undertakes the book-keeping tasks and prepares the P&L statement for that month. Once complete, the customer’s shareholder receives an automatically generated sales report with the P&L for the month, on his smart phone.His customers can choose to do their own book-keeping if they wish, quickly and easily, using the accountant only for the accounts production.
