Proposed offer from Visma | On June 7th, Visma AS announced its intention to launch a voluntary cash offer for all outstanding shares in Mamut. The offer document is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.

Regardless of the outcome of the process, the proposed offer is a pleasant recognition of Mamut’s long-term work and investments in organisation, technology, products and services. It is a great endorsement of Mamut One and the company’s long-term efforts in developing all-inclusive solutions for SMEs across Europe.
On several areas, if the transactions is completed, the offer represents synergies , both for customers and resellers as well for employees who will be offering new and exciting opportunities with Mamut and Visma.
