This represents the best ever results for the company. Today, the company also announced an agreement to acquire MYOB Business Division in the UK from MYOB Limited (ASX: MYO) for a cash payment of £1.7 million. MYOB is among the five best known providers of business software solutions to UK small businesses.

Mamut acquires MYOB UK Business Division
(Oslo, 24 April 2008) The company today announces an agreement to acquire MYOB Business Division in the UK from MYOB Limited (ASX: MYO) for a cash payment of £1.7 million. MYOB is today among the five best known providers of business software solutions to UK small businesses.
Mamut with record high revenues
(Oslo, 21 February 2008) Mamut reached operating revenues of MNOK 445.1 in 2007 with EBITDA result of MNOK 63.5 and EBIT result of MNOK 15.1, including write-off of bad debt of MNOK 14.2. The company increased its revenues with MNOK 41.1 and improves its EBIT with MNOK 29.3 in 2007, compared with pro forma 2006. Mamut is currently negotiating with several companies in Western Europe regarding acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

(Oslo, 2 November 2007) Mamut reached operating revenues of MNOK 322.5 in the first nine months of 2007. The company increases its revenues with MNOK 26.8 and improves its EBIT with MNOK 37.3 for YTD 2007, compared with pro forma YTD 2006. In connection with the launch of Mamut Business Platform, the company is actively exploring possible acquisition opportunities of customer bases in new and existing markets.

(Oslo, 16th August 2007) Mamut has achieved a milestone through delivering its 50th successive quarter of double digit growth by achieving operating revenues of MNOK 221.9 in 1H07. The pro-forma numbers for the company increased by MNOK 17.8 representing an improvement in EBIT of MNOK 13.5 compared to the same period in 2006.

(Oslo, 4 June 2007) Mamut ASA has acquired business unit Stellar Business Software from Danish company Allerup edb A/S. Stellar Business Software develops, distributes and sells business software solutions for small and medium sized companies in Denmark. A letter of intent was signed by the parties in December 2006.

Mamut ASA announces all time high revenue
(Oslo, 26 April 2007) Mamut ASA continues its growth after the acquisition of Active 24 and had operating revenues of MNOK 113.3 in 1Q07. This represents growth in sales of 90 per cent, of which 8 per cent is organic growth. Operating profit (EBIT) for 1Q07 was MNOK 6.9, an EBIT-margin of 6 per cent. EBITDA reached MNOK 18.5 in 1Q07, an EBITDA-margin of 16 per cent.

(Oslo, 22nd February 2007) Mamut ASA achieved its best ever quarterly results in 4Q06 with operating revenues of MNOK 108.3. Operating profit (EBIT) for 4Q06 was MNOK 9.2, an EBIT-margin of 8 per cent, in line with the company’s previous guiding. EBITDA reached MNOK 19.3 in 4Q06, an EBITDA-margin of 18 per cent. During 2007 Mamut will introduce the 'Mamut Business Platform' for all of its 300,000 European customers.

London, December 7, 2006 –Mamut is among the first independent software vendors worldwide to have its software approved for compatibility with Windows Vista and has been awarded the ‘Works with Windows Vista’ approval logo. (Oslo, 24 August 2006) Mamut ASA has, with effect from 24th of August 2006, resolved to exercise its rights pursuant to section 4-25 of the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act (the ”Act”) to acquire all the shares in Active 24 ASA that are owned by others than Mamut ASA. Mamut ASA owns 35,302,628 shares (90.1% percent of the total number of shares and votes) in Active 24 ASA.
Mamut with 22 per cent organic growth in 2Q06
(Oslo, July 6 2006) Mamut ASA increased its operating revenues by 22 per cent to MNOK 52.7 in 2Q06, compared to MNOK 43.3 in 2Q05. Operating profit (EBIT) for 2Q06 was MNOK 2.9, an improvement of 62 per cent compared to 2Q05. Operating revenues reached 112.4 in 1H06, a 22 per cent growth from 1H05. The company is experiencing solid organic growth in all markets.
Mamut will make a mandatory offer for all outstanding shares in Active 24 ASA
(Oslo, 29 June 2006) Mamut ASA has today disclosed its ownership of 45.3 per cent in Active 24 ASA and will make a mandatory offer to acquire the remaining shares in Active 24 ASA other than the 17,756,179 (45.3%) Active 24 shares already owned by Mamut. The price under the offer will be NOK 6.50 per share. The consideration shall be paid in cash.
