Question: I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Answer: If you have forgotten your password and need help getting back into the program, contact the Mamut Support Centre. You will then be sent a form to fill out and return so that we can identify you. This measure is put in place to protect you and other users against misuse and fraud.

Question: What do I do when a problem occurs that I cannot solve?
Answer: In the program, go to Help – Contact support and select New Queries to the Mamut Support Centre. Select the option for I have a query.

Question: I cannot seem to register my query with support via the program. What should I do?
