Bjørn A. Ingier (Chairman)
Ingier is the Division Director of Visma Software. Prior to joining Visma he had positions like Controller in Dyno Industries, chemical division, MD of SchlagerForlaget, and joint owner and MD of MultiData before he became the MD of Multisoft Norway AS, which was one of the companies that through merger became Visma. Ingier holds a Bachelor of Economy from NHH in Bergen.

Øystein Moan
Moan is earlier founder and Managing Director of Cinet AS, and has been CEO of Visma Group since October 1997. Moan is educated Cand. Scient at the University in Oslo with computer science as main subject.

Morten Strand
Strand is the COO of Visma Software. He has prior experience from IMPAC, Lotus and IBM. He holds a bachelor in Business and Information Mangament from the University of San Francisco.

Eilert Hanoa
Chief Executive Officer in Mamut ASA. He established the company on 1 December 1994 and has been Chief Executive since then. Hanoa studied at Oslo Business School.

Christina Karlsson
Elected by the employees. Karlsson is a HR Consultant at Mamut ASA and has been working for the company since January 2009. Prior to joining Mamut Karlsson worked two years as Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International in London. She is a graduate from Stockholm University.

Leif Persson
Elected by the employees. Persson is Financial Controller at HR/Finance department at Mamut ASA and has been working for the company since 2002. Prior to joining Mamut, Persson was director/owner of several companies in Sweden.

Kurt D.C. Swakhoven
Elected by the employees. Swakhoven is a Product Manager at the R&D department at Mamut ASA and has been working for the company since 2003. Prior to joining Mamut Swakhoven worked as a Senior Business Analyst at ING Barings Operations (EMEA) and ABN AMRO Finance Netherlands. Swakhoven holds a Bsc. in electrical engineering from Enschede University.

Management

Eilert Hanoa
Chief Executive Officer in Mamut ASA. He established the company on 1 December 1994 and has been Chief Executive since then. Hanoa is Chairman of ICT Norway and studied at Oslo Business School.

Knut Stålen
Chief Financial Officer in Mamut ASA since January 2011. Stålen has previous experience from the positions as Director of Finance of Microsoft Norway, Director of Finance at Nokia and CFO at Trolltech ASA.  At Trolltech, a Norwegian software company with 250 employees, he was responsible for all finance and accounting activities, including investor relations from the listing of the company in 2006 until the company was acquired by Nokia in June 2008. Stålen is a Business graduate from Oslo Business School 1991.

Stein Olav Repål
Chief Operating Officer in Mamut ASA. He has been employed in the company since 20 December 1995. Repål is a Business graduate from Oslo Business School 1995.

Jostein Håvaldsrud
Chief Technical Officer in Mamut ASA. He has been employed in the company since 1 June 1995. Håvaldsrud developed the application WinSkatt for personal taxation from 1992 to 1995. Håvaldsrud studied at the Oslo Business School.

Werner Risberg
Vice President Sales in Mamut ASA. He has been employed in the company since 1 January 1996. Risberg is a Business graduate from Oslo Business School 1995. He previously worked as a financial advisor in BN Bank.

Espen Mofjell
Vice President, Products & Services in Mamut ASA. He has been employed in the company since 1 August 1997. Mofjell is a Business graduate from Oslo Business School 1995 and has previously worked in SpecTec ASA, later Visma ASA (1995 - 1997) as corporate trainee and sales executive.
