Note! The e-commerce module has been rebuilt on a new platform which will affect your webshop when updating your software to a new version. To minimise any possible impact on your internet sales we ask you to read all information below thoroughly.

- If you offer World Pay today, you will need to update to DIBS PSP to continue processing payments.
- Read through the e-commerce update guide
- Plan and allocate time for the update
- Create a backup
- Your new webshop is launched!
Background
In version 15 several improvements have been made to the functionality for e-commerce. The whole technical platform for e-commerce has been replaced, and all information is now stored in Microsoft SQL-database on Microsofts Azure cloud solution. This gives you a secure, modern and future safe solution.
News in the e-commerce module
Some of the improvements is this version are:
- New design possibilities for the webshop
- Support for 4 levels of product groups
- Automatic breadcrumbs
- Brand new shopping cart and order process
The add-on product Mamut Enterprise PartnerWeb which enables login with individual prices and order history for customers has been improved.

Preparation if you offer credit card payment (World Pay - PSP)
If you offer credit card payment with World Pay today, you need to change them to DIBS PSP. World Pay is not offered as possible payment provider in version 15. Contact Mamut Support Centre if you haven´t received information about this.
Frequently asked questions
In Version 15 the statistics page has been removed, we recommend Google Analytics for web traffic statistics.
In Version 15 the functionality for creating a link between a product and a sub page has been removed. This is due to search engine optimisation. We recommend you to copy the information from existing sub pages to the advanced product description on the products. Contact Mamut Support Centre if you have many products with this information.
The new address to the webshop will be ALIAS.mamutweb.com. The old address www.mamut.net/ALIAS will redirect to the new address automatically when you update. We recommend changing your links to the new address. (ALIAS is the name you´ve chosen for your webshop.)
Please note that backups taken before you updated not can be used anymore. After the update they will point to the old e-commerce platform.
