Founded by Jim O’ Doherty an experienced cheese maker and cheese grader, JOD Food Products are fast becoming a house hold name both in Ireland and abroad for their Old Irish Creamery Brand.
Business challenge
JOD Food Products were eager to expand their operations by getting its products sold via large scale retailers throughout the country. To do this JOD Food Products needed to ensure their back office solution could cope with the volume of orders they were looking to process. An additional challenge was that many large scale retailers require all vendors must use EDI for business transactions.
Solution Overview
The integration between Mamut and B2BGateway.Net allows for direct EDI processing between JOD Food Products and their retailers. JOD Food Products can now seamlessly receive purchase orders and return invoices electronically through EDI business transactions. B2BGateway supports all EDI formats and services all major large format retail operations in the European Union.
B2BGateway.Net was able to provide JOD Food Products with a one-click solution for getting large batches of orders into the Mamut system. In addition to retrieving invoices and sending them to vendors with a simple one click process.
