Course fees
The course fees vary from course to course. The course fees include materials, lunch, coffee/tea and mineral water. The course will be invoiced on receipt of the customer’s registration. Course fees must be paid by the start of the course.
Course certificate
All course participants will be sent a course certificate after participating in our Mamut Academy courses. The course certificate will be sent automatically upon completion.
Cancellation by the customer
Participants who provide notification of cancellation 10 days prior to course dates will receive credits to apply to any equivalent future course being held by Mamut Academy. If notification of cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to the start of such chosen course, no refund or credits will be made available except upon the presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate or official document of absence.
Postponing by Mamut
Mamut reserves the right to postpone courses. In such cases, we will immediately inform course participants. People enrolled on the course will then automatically be asked if they would like to be transferred to the next available course. | |
