Aim
Having completed the course, the attendee will have a fundamental understanding of efficient customer and supplier follow-up. The attendee will also be given a basic introduction to the activity and document modules and have a good understanding of the quotation, order, and invoice process within Mamut Business Software / Mamut ONE.
Method
The course contains both theory and practical exercises. Each attendee will be provided with access to a PC for the day and will have guidance to solve different exercises. We will also pay extra attention that the attendee at any time is able to generate reports, statistics, and to collate key figures from the system.
The course material is developed by Mamut specifically for the subject of the course
Prior Knowledge
New users of Mamut Business Software should have completed the course “Start-up Mamut”. It is advantageous if the attendee is familiar with Windows applications, using a mouse and working within Windows.

Description
You will learn how to use the CRM- related modules within the system. You will be given an understanding of the most efficient use of the Contact Management, Activity, and Documents modules. We will discuss subjects such as creating contact-cards for Customers and Suppliers, follow-up of letters, quotations, phone calls, generating letters, faxes, mail merge, and document templates. We will also place an emphasis on the reports that can be generated which are necessary to ensure you are in full control of Contact management.
You will be given a thorough understanding of all main modules of the system used during the sales process, and how to utilise the system for Invoicing. The main subject is Quotation/Order/Invoicing where we use the different modules to give you a total understanding of the different order statuses and invoice listings. You will learn how to generate a quotation, an order, a partial invoice, an invoice, a credit note, and how to issue copy- invoices. Emphasis will be placed on what reports can be generated in order to analyse customers, customer groups, and the sales process. You will also learn how to use repeating quotations, quotation templates, and repeating quotations in order to make the sales process as efficient as possible.
